The Sukha Company Anti-Spam Policy

WHAT WE SEND

1. Product email. Sign-in links, receipts, and account notices for people with a Sukha account. You can't run an account without these.
2. Marketing email. Only to people who asked for it, for example by signing up on our site or in the app. Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link, and we honor it.
3. One-to-one business correspondence. Individually written emails to specific people, like podcast guest pitches, sent from our own addresses because we believe the topic is genuinely relevant to the person receiving it. These are personal notes, not bulk mailings. If one lands with the wrong person, or you simply don't want another, tell us and we won't write again.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

• We don't buy, rent, scrape, or harvest email lists.
• We don't send bulk unsolicited advertising.
• We don't sell or share your email address with advertisers.
• We don't use affiliates, resellers, or any third party to advertise Sukha, and no one has our permission to advertise thesukha.co in unsolicited messages of any kind: email, SMS, social DMs, blog comments, or anything similar. Anyone doing that is acting without our approval.

IF YOU GOT SPAM THAT MENTIONS SUKHA

Forward it to support@thesukha.co, with the full message headers if you know how to get them. We will look into it. If a partner, vendor, or affiliate is behind it, we will make them stop or end the relationship.

FOR PARTNERS, VENDORS, AND AFFILIATES

You may not advertise thesukha.co, Sukha, or The Sukha Company in unsolicited messages of any kind. This policy is part of our terms for working together, and breaking it ends the relationship.
