Is the free trial really free?
Yes. Three days, everyone, no exceptions. The suggestion on this page is to work one hour a day for those three days. That is deliberately small: it is enough to find out whether you actually drop into flow, which is the only thing worth judging Sukha on.
What is the difference between Monthly and Lifetime?
Nothing about the product. Both give you the full app. Monthly is $20 a month. Lifetime is a single $400 payment with no recurring charge, every future feature included, and priority support. At $20 a month, Lifetime costs the same as twenty months of Monthly.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep full access until that period runs out rather than losing it the moment you cancel.
What do I get for the money?
Unlimited daily focus sessions, flow music that stays on while you work, distraction blocking across both websites and apps, a built-in task manager and timer, and an AI focus assistant that breaks a stuck task into a next step.
What do I need to install?
Nothing. Sukha runs in your browser on desktop and mobile, so you can start a session straight after signing up. There is also a free Chrome extension if you want the distraction blocking to reach further across your browser.
Is Sukha just a Pomodoro timer with music?
It includes both, but that is not what it is. Single-feature focus apps each solve one cause of lost focus: a timer, a playlist, a website blocker. Sukha is a flow state app: it covers the whole set of conditions deep work needs in one place, which is why it replaces the stack of tools rather than joining it.
